These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "Client") and Lumire Consulting ("we", "our", "us", "Company") governing your access to and use of our website at lumireconsulting.com and all related career advisory services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website, completing our Career Clarity Assessment, booking a session, or purchasing any of our programmes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, also applies to your use of our Services.

Lumire Consulting provides strategic career advisory services to individuals at various stages of their professional journey. Our Services include:

• Career Clarity Assessment — a structured questionnaire to understand your career situation, challenges, and goals
• Expert Matching — our team reviews your assessment and personally matches you with an appropriate industry expert
• Discovery Session — a complimentary 45-minute introductory session with your matched expert
• Career Sprint — 2 expert-led sessions of 45 minutes each over 1 week
• Strategic Growth Programme — 4 expert-led sessions of 45 minutes each over 2 weeks
• Career Transformation Programme — 8 expert-led sessions of 45 minutes each over 4 weeks
• Milestone Advisory — custom programme for major career decisions, priced individually

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Services.

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of India
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your assessment and all communications with us
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under any applicable law

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use our Services. We reserve the right to terminate your access if we discover that you have provided false or misleading information.

Discovery Session: The complimentary 45-minute discovery session is offered at no charge and is subject to expert availability. We aim to match you with an expert and confirm your session within 24 hours of completing the assessment.

Scheduling: Sessions are booked through our Calendly integration. You will receive an email confirmation with a Google Meet link upon booking. It is your responsibility to ensure your availability at the booked time.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice at no charge
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as a used session for paid programmes
• The discovery session, if missed without notice, cannot be rescheduled without re-completing the assessment
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to expert unavailability, with at least 24 hours notice to you

Conduct during sessions: You agree to treat all experts with professional respect. Lumire Consulting reserves the right to terminate a session and cancel any remaining sessions in a purchased programme, without refund, in the event of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward our experts or staff.

Pricing: All prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time of payment. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment processing: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international). We do not store your payment card information. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of service of the applicable payment processor.

Refund policy:

• Discovery Session — Free. No payment, no refund applicable.
• Cancellation before programme begins — Full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase and before your first paid session.
• Cancellation after programme begins — Refund for unused sessions only, calculated on a pro-rata basis, less a 10% administrative fee.
• No refund — for sessions already completed, for programmes cancelled after 50% of sessions are used, or for cancellations due to your failure to attend without adequate notice.

By using our Services, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your assessment or any communication with us
• Use our Services for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or in violation of these Terms
• Record, reproduce, or distribute any session content without our prior written consent
• Share login credentials or allow third parties to use your session bookings
• Harass, abuse, or disrespect our experts or staff in any communication
• Attempt to engage our experts for personal relationships or services outside the scope of Lumire Consulting
• Attempt to recruit, poach, or engage our experts directly outside of the Lumire Consulting platform for a period of 12 months following your last session
• Use any content from our sessions or website for commercial purposes without written consent

All content on the Lumire Consulting website — including text, design, graphics, logos, the Career Clarity Assessment framework, methodology, and all session materials — is the intellectual property of Lumire Consulting and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our website and session materials solely for your personal, non-commercial career development purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our Services without our prior written consent.

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumire Consulting makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any advice or information provided by our experts
• The suitability of any expert match for your specific needs
• The achievement of any specific career outcome, salary level, job placement, or professional goal
• The uninterrupted or error-free availability of our website or Services
• The security of our website against all possible threats

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumire Consulting, its founders, employees, experts, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services
• Loss of career opportunities, income, employment, or business resulting from advice received or not received
• Any damages arising from your reliance on information provided by our experts
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss beyond our reasonable control

In all circumstances, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms
• Provided false or fraudulent information
• Engaged in abusive or inappropriate conduct toward our experts or staff
• Attempted to misuse, reverse-engineer, or exploit our platform or methodology

Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Refunds in the event of termination for cause are at our sole discretion and are generally not provided.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute resolution: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services, we encourage you to first contact us at consult@lumireconsulting.com

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
