Expert no-shows are the most documented complaint about platforms like Topmate. At Lumire, expert attendance is guaranteed. If an expert cannot make a session, we reschedule with 24 hours' notice and provide a replacement within 48 hours.
The first session is always free — no exceptions

We rematch if it's not right — no questions
